An Englishman who has been living in Prague since 1993, Nigel was a founder member of the Czech Bailliage.

He is CEO of CAPITAL PROPERTIES s.r.o., an estate agency that specialises in selling residential property both in Prague and throughout the Czech Republic.

Nigel is very well known within the wining and dining scene as he only eats out 365 days a year! When not found in one of Prague’s many fine restaurants, he enjoys Formula 1, horseracing and especially listening to music, having been a disc jockey for many years.

Kai was born in Germany and moved to Prague in May 2009, after his appointment as General Manager of the 5* Hotel Palace Praha, which is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. He has a specialist background in F&B and his CV comprises 15 years of various management positions in gorgeous hotels, mainly in Germany and Austria.

Kai was a member of the Bailliage National d'Allemagne from 2006 and transferred to the Czech Bailliage on his arrival in Prague as Maître Hôtelier.

He enjoys running, snowboarding, playing tennis and golf.
